Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to BBT and its creator-controlled TikTok publishing features. By using BBT, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service operator and contact
BBT is a creator publishing service operated under the Tonariba name from Japan. In these Terms, “BBT,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service operator identified below.

2. Eligibility and acceptance
You may use BBT only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms, meet TikTok's eligibility requirements, and are permitted to use the service under applicable law. If you use BBT for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
3. The BBT service
BBT allows creators to select and preview short-form videos, connect a TikTok account, retrieve current TikTok creator settings, review captions and publishing options, make required disclosures, expressly approve a Direct Post, send a selected video as a TikTok draft for further editing in TikTok, and review processing status.
Features may change as TikTok's APIs, policies, or technical requirements change. BBT is not TikTok and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or part of TikTok or ByteDance.
4. Accounts and authorization
- You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or are expressly authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and connected accounts.
- You must review the connected creator identity before initiating a post.
- You may revoke BBT's TikTok access at any time using the Disconnect control or TikTok's connected-app settings.
5. Creator content and permissions
You retain ownership of videos, audio, captions, images, and other material you provide (“Creator Content”). You grant BBT a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to process and transmit Creator Content solely to perform the actions you request through the service. BBT does not obtain ownership of Creator Content.
You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and consents needed to use and publish Creator Content, including rights relating to music, people, trademarks, privacy, publicity, and commercial content.
6. Creator review and express consent
Before content is sent, you must preview the selected video, review the connected account, choose an available privacy level, choose interaction permissions, complete commercial and AI-generated content disclosures, review the caption, and accept TikTok's applicable posting confirmations. You remain responsible for the final post and settings.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use BBT to:
- publish content you do not own or have permission to use;
- copy arbitrary content from other services or operate an unauthorized bulk, spam, deceptive, or automated posting scheme;
- violate TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, developer policies, music rules, branded content rules, or applicable law;
- publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, abusive, or privacy-invasive content;
- circumvent creator controls, platform restrictions, rate limits, technical protections, or account permissions;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service or another user's account; or
- misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or the commercial nature of content.
8. TikTok and third-party services
TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API are third-party services governed by TikTok's own terms and policies. TikTok controls authorization, account eligibility, privacy options, processing, moderation, visibility, rate limits, and publication outcomes. BBT cannot guarantee that TikTok will accept, process, publish, retain, or display any content.
Unaudited TikTok API clients may be restricted to private visibility and other limits. You must not rely on BBT as a backup or permanent storage service.
9. Commercial content, music, and AI-generated content
You are responsible for accurate commercial content and AI-generated content disclosures. If content promotes you, your business, another brand, product, or service, you must use the appropriate disclosure controls and comply with TikTok's Branded Content Policy and applicable advertising laws. You must accept and comply with TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation before posting.
10. Intellectual property
Except for Creator Content and third-party materials, the BBT website, interface, software, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to the service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
11. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may maintain, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of BBT when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform changes, misuse prevention, or service operation. We may block or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms or risk to users, TikTok, third parties, or the service.
12. Privacy and security
Our processing of personal information is described in the BBT Privacy Policy. You agree not to provide unnecessary personal information or confidential material in captions, videos, or support requests. No online service is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your own source files and account credentials safe.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBT is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBT and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, reputation, or opportunities; TikTok account restrictions; content removal; publication delay; or third-party service failure arising from use of BBT. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Responsibility for claims
You are responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs caused by your Creator Content, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or your misuse of BBT, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Termination
You may stop using BBT and disconnect TikTok at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including content responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply.
17. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to BBT, subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, platform, or service changes. The effective date above will be revised. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate method before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
19. General provisions
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer the service and these Terms as part of a legitimate reorganization or service transfer, subject to applicable law.
